The telecommunications line running from pole to pole down the street will usually be the lowest line on the pole. As you can see from the photo, it is generally a thick black line attached to a catenary support/neutral wire. Because of their low location, these Lines provide an excellent opportunity to have Tiger Tails installed as a visual warning to what’s above. The added advantage of these lines is they can have tiger tails installed very quickly and at a very affordable rate.
